Shipping Policies

 

When will my order be processed?

Please allow additional time for your order to be processed during holidays and special dates. We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders will be processed within 2-5 business days from the order date and will be shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.


IMPORTANT:

  1. For home deliveries, the carrier will make only one delivery attempt. If there is no one present at the delivery address, you will be notified via email and will have 10 business days to pick up your order at the nearest appropriate branch.

  2. The indicated delivery times are for reference only and may vary according to the logistics of the shipping company, beyond our control. Remember that the delivery address will be the one you provide at the time of placing the online order.

  3. For any returned purchases, the customer must pay for reshipping costs without exception.

 

Return policies

 

Purchase Cancellation and Returns

  1. Once payment has been made, you are accepting all the terms and conditions stated in both the product description and the chosen payment methods. Seraphina is not responsible for your purchasing decision and will not be able to issue a refund due to the payment gateway processing times and the expenses incurred on our end.

Only exchanges for damaged or defective items are accepted.

We do not issue money refunds due to payment gateway processing and tax expenses incurred on our end.

We always recommend reviewing your order before purchasing. Regarding the product, make sure it is the one you selected: size, dimensions, color, weight, and quantity (1, 2, 3, etc.). Regarding payment, please verify on the checkout page that all your information is correct: address, ID number, postal code, email, etc.

  1. Our return policy lasts 30 days after you have received your purchase. If 30 days have passed since you received your item, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us, such as your name, address, and email address.

When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s Internet Protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

How do you get my consent?

When you provide us with your personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, create an order, arrange for a delivery, or process a return, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

SECTION 4 – SHOPIFY

Our store is hosted on Shopify. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases, and the general Shopify application. Your data is stored on a secure server behind a firewall.

Payments:

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify Payments stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your transaction. After the transaction is completed, your purchase information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS, as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

SECTION 5 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and stored with AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

Here is a list of cookies we use. We list them so you can choose whether or not you want to opt out of them:

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving the product, provided it is in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of our shipping errors.
